Fridail: Purple Water Marble!

Hi guys!
So so sooo sorry for this post being so late in the day- time kinda escaped from me a little as I've been sorting out some Uni stuff and tidying the house in preparation for my birthday on Tuesday! (Super excited!)

Anyway, this post is linking to the British Nail Blogger's "Colour Me Crazy" Challenge, as this week's colour is purple!

Not gonna lie here, they're kinda shabby and I didn't clean them up very well, but let's not dwell too much on that!

So, I started with a white base colour on my nails, using Barry M's "Matt White" polish. All was going quite well, until the lilac coloured polish kinda failed cause it was too light- which is why most of my nails look a bit off-white. But never mind!

Polishes used are... Barry M's Gelly "Prickly Pear"



Barry M's Gelly "Plum" 



And finally, Models Own's "Sterling Silver" which is providing the very slight silvery and shimmery lines you can see!



So yeah... In conclusion, this is definitely not my best water marble, but it's also not my worst (it took me a few attempts to get used to the technique!). Here's my right hand, just for you to see it... It's not cleaned up very much at all, so apologies for that ^^'

      Thanks! I think as long as you use a decent container and polishes it makes it easier ^^ If you haven't already tried Barry M's Gelly polishes, definitely try one with these cause they're amazing for marbling :) But otherwise yeah, there are good days and bad days (but never give up! :D)

Hello everyone! This is a super quick random post just to say I'm back and also what will be coming up this week! So, I'm still due a Blue Nails post for the British Nail Blogger's Colour Me Crazy Challenge- this will be up tomorrow instead of a Book/Lifestyle post! From Wednesday, the normal posts will resume, so you can expect a Pink Mani on this day for this week's challenge nails! Then on Thursday, it's A Level results day, which means a lot of nervous stressy things to sort out, and I may not have time to write up a post in time for Friday- but I will definitely try, and also update you all in my potential University place! Mail: Messy Mani

Hello! Let it be known that from this day forth, any nail posts posted on Mondays shall be known as "Mail's". Yay! For the first "Mail" post, I'm going to be sharing one of my new purchases with you... Model's Own's "Erase" Corrector Pen! I feel like this could be a major turning point in my blog's image quality, as I no longer have an excuse for messy mani's.  Though I'd first like to point out that I feel like I have come quite far since the beginning of my blog, and no longer post images such as this... I mean, just look at that thumb!? (Polish is Barry M Spring Green) ...Except for today, I'm posting a very (purposefully) messy mani, to show you how the corrector pen can work!
