Nail Parade!

Hello Paraders!! Long time no see. It's been what, 3 months? 6 months? I'm not even sure and I'm honestly too lazy to go and check. So for those of you who aren't my close personal friends I guess it's time for a bit of a life update. Well, for the first big thing, I've moved to Cali for 9 months. (7-8 months remaining AHH! It's all going too quickly!). I'm out here doing a placement at the University of California Santa Cruz, specifically looking at sparrow behaviour, which is awesome! I get to hang around the University's Arboretum pretty much every day before heading up the lab to do the more typical mathsy-science stuff. It's definitely nothing to complain about as the campus is so pretty . You're gonna have to take my word for it til I can get some amazing picture shots! Seriously though the whole campus is pretty much covered in Redwood trees, and you can see the ocean and  the mountains. I'm pretty sure there's nothing else ...

Hey everyone! So I've returned from my travels (albeit minus my suitcase thanks to a power surge in Heathrow), and I guess that means I should get back to doing things instead of lazing around in the sun most of the day. And thus, this post was born- yay!

Hey everyone! Sorry for the lack of posts- I've been enjoying the sun too much ;) Before I jump into the main point of this post, I have a few updates to share with you- read as few or as many as you like: Life stuffs: I return to the UK on Tuesday and will get back to blogging regularly from either Wednesday or Friday. I'm also going to be doing an NVQ in Nail a Technology to help me get a job whilst at uni, so whilst I'll be doing a looooot of nails, I won't be showcasing any of them on here. I will however still be doing my own nails too, and that is what will be posted so don't worry about that!  Nail stuffs: One of the first posts for when I get home will include some items I received for review, so keep your eyes peeled for that! Hey everyone! I'm back from possibly the best 10 days ever in South Africa- I hope you enjoyed the two guest posts and didn't miss me too much ;) So to summarise and tell you all about it I'm just going to run through our time there! (As you may have guessed, there was no wifi at the place we were staying, hence no updates while I was away) After travelling for a good 26 hours or so, we finally reached Johannesburg and got on a coach up to where we were staying. Here's a quick snap on the way, the views were seriously gorgeous!

Hey everyone! Apologies for the lack of yesterday's post- unfortunately this one if going to be the last before I go away tomorrow. I'm not 100% sure if there'll be wifi at the place we're staying (we're going to study the animals after all, not to be social over the internet), but just in case there is, you should make sure that you're following me on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook! Ahhhhhhh oh em gee hi! As you can tell by the post title, I'm going to Africa! Which part? South Africa! Oh yes! I'm super duper excited- I leave on Friday, and I've managed to gather a whopping two guest posts to fill in while I'm not here, so I'm afraid the blog will be a bit droopy for 10 days while I'm away, but I promise to bring back many, many hopefully adorable/amazing images for you all.
