Barry M Royalty & Matte Collection [Preview Only!]

As you know, Barry M are releasing their polishes on Wednesday 25th September (This Wednesday guys!)
Well, I went in to Superdrug today just to pick up a white nail polish...
So I off I wander to the Barry M stand because you know, it's the first place I go for any polishes!
And what more did I see but some beautiful polishes from the Autumn/Winter Collection staring back at me.



I let out a little squeal of excitement, grabbed a basket and started a frenzy of polish collecting. It's safe to say I got a few odd looks from people as I bounced with the excitement.
The only Matte polish they didn't have in stock was Vanilla, but I'm not fond of neutrals anyway so I might just keep that one out of my collection.
I was mostly excited about the textured ones, and damn I'm so glad they were out early.
Phew these are gorgeous!

So, here's the plan!
  • Matte Polishes- there's gonna be a messy-swatch post somewhere in the near future
  • Limited Edition (one on the right) will be swatched on top of a matte polish
  • Crystal Glaze (second from right) will also be swatched on top of a matte in the first post =)
  • Textured Polishes- big swatch and review post coming up! Because they're just so damn pretty!
In the meantime, have a snippit of what's soon to come :D

Fridail: Barry M Matte Rhossili

Hey guys! Today I'm bringing you a swatch/review of Barry M's "Rhossili" from their Summer 2014 Matte Collection! As you can see, it's a bright pink/purple shade, which has a semi-matte finish. Compared to the previous 'matte' polishes by Barry M, these aren't as matte, and have much more of a sheen which can be seen in the photos.  So, let's focus on the colour shall we? This colour is beautiful! I love it so much- and I'm really not that much of a fan of pinky shades, so it takes a lot for me to say that.  What makes the colour even more stunning... is a shiny top coat! Seriously- if this shade was a 'Gelly' shade instead I would literally be head over heels for it. But never mind, I guess this will have to make do! The topcoat I used here was Nails Inc's Albert Bridge Topcoat (Speed Dry), and the shine is just stunning! So, yeah, that's Rhossili! You'll be seeing the colour a couple mo...
