Nail Parade!

Hey everyone! Today's post is being brought to you by Bethany from B Nailed to Perfection ! The mani she's created is gorgeous, just like her other ones are, so make sure you check out her blog when you get a moment! ----------------- I have a quick post today using my new holo from Color Club, Miss Bliss. It is absolutely stunning! I've been a bit obsessed lately with holographic polishes. I actually managed to get some sunlight and snapped a picture before I stamped over it.

So, (I always start my blog posts with "so" and it just doesn't seem like my blog if I don't!!!) before I start my blog, let me first introduce myself. My name is Michelle Smith (aka Fingertiptastic) and I'm a forty-something wife and mummy to 2 boys. I first found my love of all things nails at the beginning of 2015 and am now a self-confessed polishaholic!! I can't seem to pass a shop without purchasing a polish (my stash has grown from about 6 old polishes to over 200 in 10 weeks - I hope my husband isn't reading this!!!) and I can't seem to do a mani without adding some kind of nail art or enhancement!!!

Hi guys! Today I'm bringing you the second (and last) of the guest posts for you. This one is by Chloe from Tipped Off Nails ! Here she is... ------------------------------------ Hello :) My first guest post! Yippee. Let's get to it. I wanted to do the 31 day challenge that chalkboard nails (Instagram) does every year. I started it on the 1st and only got to day 3 before I realised I just couldn't do it. But I want to show you the 3 I DID do. They were a challenge for me because they were red, orange and yellow - the three colours I have 1 or 2 of each... Anyway, I decided to do fruit themed and I was going to continue this for all of the colour category but... Yeah I failed. :( First up are my Red Nails: I decided to go for strawberries and cream because although summer is officially over now, I'm not going to forget them! I used all Barry M Gelly polishes for this (as usual) in Rose Hip, Pomegranate, Coconut and Key Lime. The white is Matt white, also B...

Hey everyone! :) Today I'm bringing you a beautiful post by Emily, from Nail Must Be Painted ! Here is is... --------------------------- Hello! I'm Emily from Nails Must Be Painted. I am very excited to be doing my first ever guest post today for Rachel! Hope she is having a lovely holiday! Usually my nail art consists of lots of girly colours and flowered designs! However, I wanted to do something I thought would be a little more in the style of Rachel's blog, so I have tried something new for me: a distressed, neon mani! I started with a base of Barry M Matte White. I then sponged a gradient using Sinful Colors Cool Pink and W7 Fluorescent Yellow. Next I covered the whole nail with a coat of Barry M Black, before removing some again with a fan brush, a cotton bud and acetone. I repeated this last step using Sally Hansen Grape Race and finished with a quick coat of Barry M Diamond Glitter on my Ring finger and Barry M 3 in 1 topcoat on the rest of my nails. ...
