Avril "Mille et une nuits" #32*

*This post contains an item sent to me in exchange for an honest review. Here it is a nail polish by Avril, called "Mille et une nuits" - No32. Hello folks! How are you all doing? How am I doing? Where am I? Who am I? So many questions... To answer a few... I hope you are doing fine. Yes, I am fine thank you. I am in England, once again. For a long while this time. I am Rachel, as always. And I have been missing from the blogging world for a couple of months. The past 2 weeks I have spent job-searching (with success, yay!), catching up on Suits, and binge-watching Scandal. I want you all to go and do some homework and watch Scandal so I have somebody to talk to about it. Seriously. Anyway, a few months ago I was lucky enough to be contacted by Avril - a french beauty brand which pride themselves on not testing on animals, and ensuring any of the ingredients used are also not tested on our furry friends. I highly respect this, and think that all companies should...

OPI "Comet in the Sky"*

*This post contains items which have been for review by nailpolish.co.uk. In this post these items are "OPI Comet in the Sky" and "Seche Vite Topcoat"  Hey everyone! So, as promised, I'm back with post 2.0 for OPI's Comet in the Sky polish which was kindly sent to me by nailpolish.co.uk You can check out the super messy part 1 right here! Hopefully with this post you'll be able to see the glitter in a much better light and also decide which colour you think it looks best on! Without further ado, here are some preeeeetty pictures. Highlighted on the thumb nail is two coats of Morgan Taylor's "All White Now" followed by two coats of "Comet in the Sky". Layering the glitter over the white is a great way to see all the black flecks and small hexes, but you don't really see the pearly larger-glitters as much. Personally, not my favourite, but you may love it! Over on this nail I've got two coats of Barry M...

OPI Swatches from nailpolish.co.uk!

Hey everyone! So this week I've been a bit of a mess, and this reflects a little in the carelessness of my nails, so I do apologise in advance. But the most important thing here is that you get to see the pretty colours that OPI have managed to create and that nailpolish.co.uk happily supplied me with!

Introducing nailpolish.co.uk!

Hellooooo everyone! Long time no see, but I have (at last) returned, yay! And not only have I returned but I've teamed up with a rather exciting website- nailpolish.co.uk  - which will be featured for the whole of this week as they sent me some extremely nice looking items that I can't wait to share with you all :) ---serious paragraph--- Also, after this week there's gonna be a bit of a change up to the site- that is, I'll be posting once  per week. As the opportunities (time-wise) arise I may post twice a week, but as I figure out where to fit everything into my life again I'm cutting it down to one, I hope you all understand! ---seriousness over--- Back to nailpolish.co.uk - here is the package in question that I was definitely more than happy to receive! I was actually having a really terrible day until I arrived home to find this waiting for me - especially since all I was expecting was two bottles of nail polish. So thank you so much indeed! Pac...

Metallic Blue Nail Wraps (Part 2)*

*This post contains "Metallic Blue Nail Wraps" sent from LadyQueen in exchange for an honest review. All views are 100% my own! Hey guys! If you missed my major fail-ness of Part 1, you can catch up with it right here ! Quick re-cap for those of you who don't wish to read it, or have read it and can't quite remember the going's on. I failed to apply some very shiny blue metallic nail wraps, and was looking for other ways to use them without getting a major bubble, crinkle or wear-down. And so, this time round, I tried a new approach- cutting shapes and sections from the remaining of the nail wraps, and I think it worked rather well! The remaining wraps...

Metallic Blue Nail Wraps* (Part 1)

*This post contains "Metallic Blue Nail Wraps" which were supplied in exchange of an honest review from LadyQueen Hey everyone! I'm baaaaack! I was gonna take another little break to get my thoughts back on track but after a couple of days of extra consideration I think I'm ready to get back into the swing of things. Life's too short to live in denial that things change and you have to just go with it. And so, here I am, yay!

BOHEM Nails!*

*This post contains an item supplied by BOHEM Nails in exchange for an honest review. This item is the silver nail jewellery piece. Hi folks! Sometime last week I was offered some BOHEM nails to review- so here I am, and here's the review! (Don't forget that you can click on any of the images to increase the size of them!)

Wail: OMG Nail Strips!*

* This post contains items which were supplied for review. In this post, these items are "OMG Nail Strips" Hey everyone! Today I have some super cool 'nail polish strips' to show you by OMGNailStrips.com  in the designs "Love me" and "Rain Storm". They come in a little cardboard fold-around in a plastic pack of 14 nail strips (that's individual nail strips), and each one has a little measurement on it so you can measure your nail and find which will fit best without trying to scrunch it around your nail before hand. There are some application instructions on the back of the pack too, so there's no need to go hunting them out! Plus, I made a tutorial for you guys anyway! First of all, here's a pic of my first attempt a these nail strips- I used the design "Love me" here, and a 'nail girls' topcoat.

Mail: Messy Mani

Hello! Let it be known that from this day forth, any nail posts posted on Mondays shall be known as "Mail's". Yay! For the first "Mail" post, I'm going to be sharing one of my new purchases with you... Model's Own's "Erase" Corrector Pen! I feel like this could be a major turning point in my blog's image quality, as I no longer have an excuse for messy mani's.  Though I'd first like to point out that I feel like I have come quite far since the beginning of my blog, and no longer post images such as this... I mean, just look at that thumb!? (Polish is Barry M Spring Green) ...Except for today, I'm posting a very (purposefully) messy mani, to show you how the corrector pen can work! Also please keep in mind that I actually did this mani pretty much in the dark, around midnight the other day. :D I quite enjoyed being super careless with my painting, actually. Is that wrong of me? Also, you m...
