Fridail: Katie's back!

Hi everyone! Today Katie from Katie's Lost and Found is back! You can see her previous post *here* which was a Blogger's Bookshelf post! :)
Over to Katie!
----------------------------------------

Hey guys!
I'm loving neons so much at the moment. I'm not entirely sure why, something about the sheer summery cheerfulness of them I think :). So when I wandered into boots and saw they had model's own on offer, I couldn't resist grabbing three of the new pastel neons. They're from the polish for tans collection and called 'bikini' (yellow), 'flipflops' (green) and 'shades' (pink).

Then I went a little mad haha. First I painted them randomly on my nails over Barry M coconut, before adding random dots on the Barry M coconut on top. Then I did exactly the same thing in reverse haha!

After that I got really carried away and hunted out another two model's own neons from an older collection, pukka purple and pink punch. I used all five with the Barry M coconut and nails Inc new York noir to do a tribal-y kinda skittle.

Then finally used that same combination of polishes for neon leopard print!

I really enjoyed myself even if no-one enjoyed reading about it haha. See you all soon! X

Oh wow, thanks Katie! I have got to get my hands on the other Polish for Tan's polishes; I only have Beach Bag! I love all the designs she's done here, too.
If you liked Katie's post, don't forget to show her some love by leaving a comment below, and checking out her blog!
Thanks for reading guys! See you all on Monday for a Blogger's Bookshelf post from myself!

Your Guide to Barry M Gelly's!

Finally , the time has come for the ever-promised "Barry M Gelly Polishes Review & Swatch" Post! YAY! Now, now, settle down, settle down, and prepare yourself for an image-heavy post! Panorama View? Yes please... Okay, so that picture isn't too great. But there's the colours that between us (Me and Rhian) have in the Gelly range. We're only missing "Grapefruit" I think...

How To: Gradient Nails

Gradient nails are a great way to ensure that your mani matches your outfit over a set period of days (depending on how many colours you use), and it also just looks pretty dang awesome. You've seen a few of my own mani's where gradients have been used (these ones below, in example), especially those in more recent posts! So a tutorial is definitely long overdue- I hope you find it useful!
