Before we fully get started here, I'd like to apologise for missing two of my usual posting slots (Friday and Monday) - things have been a little hectic with Uni work and also with looking for a house to live in next year. Thankfully all is sorted with the house now, so I just have this and a ton of uni work to settle for! And on that note- on with the post!
So it's creeping well into December, it's feeling pretty Wintery outside... what are you waiting for?
Go grab those Christmas jumpers from your wardrobe- or better yet- wear them on your nails!

This adorable, festive, fun design is done using the 'stamping' technique- which I will post a tutorial on some day! The plate used is one I got in my massive haul- Born Pretty's QA57 Stamping plate- and darn the detail you pick up from it is incredible!!
First of all, there's this adorable knitted-jumper style design with a tree, 2 reindeer and some pretty patterns mixed in, and there is not a spot out of place! (Though there is a little bubble on the tree there which shows my impatience- oops!) It's just stunning.
Next up we have this absolutely beautiful snowflake design, which makes me so so eager to re-do some Frozen nails. It's just an absolutely stunning design that I did not expect to transfer so well onto my nails- I'm gonna be using it all year round!
Next up on this mani, we have another jumpery pattern which I used, which is so adorable! The texture that you get from the detail literally makes it look knitted. Far too cute!
And finally, on my pinkie and my thumb, I threw on some of Barry M's Limited Edition Christmas Glitter- "Jingle Bells" which consists of tiny gold flakey glitter, red stockings (yes, stocking-shaped glitters!) and holographic stars, which makes a beautifully Christmassy finish to any festive mani. Base polish used is Nails Inc's "The Mall" and I stamped with Nicole by OPI's "Positive Energy" which worked amazingly well despite it being a 'normal' (non-stamping) polish.
If you want to check out the stamping plate yourself, here's a quick link!
Check back very soon for some frog-tastic nail art and another sample review! Happy Holidays!
These are such good stamping designs for Christmas! I would say I'd pick one up but first I need to master technique of stamping plates... Lovely post. :)

DeleteOh my gooooosh, these are adorable. I am definitely going to have to order some and play around with them. I've never used stamps before, but I simply cannot pass these up. All the Frozen ideas! Haha! The sweater designs are adorable, too! Wish I had seen this post a few days ago--the sweater design would have been perfect for a holiday party I am going to tomorrow night! ;D
ReplyDeleteWell thank you! :D You should definitely grab some ^^
