Happy New Year! (Have a quick update~)

Happy New Year!

I hope all of you had a lovely 2014, and have an even better 2015!

While you're here, I thought I'd just update you on life- especially with the lack of posts. My routine's kinda fizzled away since leaving uni for Christmas, so I haven't been as 'on it' with my nails, nor taking pics of them and that obviously leads to not writing posts. I've also been running around catching up with people and taking a bit of time just to relax a little bit before the exam season starts at uni- and obviously enjoying Christmas and all the snazzy new things we get!
(I'll do a polish/makeup gifts run down some time in January!)

Anyway, if I could, I'd start blogging again right this second, but I'm jetting off to the USA for 10 days and would like to spend those days just chilling a little bit more. You can expect more posts hopefully from the 14th January-ish (if you're lucky, I may even do a run-down of my trip to Cali for you)!

So relax a little with your time out from Nail Parade, and I'll catch you in two weeks!

Your Guide to Barry M Gelly's!

Finally , the time has come for the ever-promised "Barry M Gelly Polishes Review & Swatch" Post! YAY! Now, now, settle down, settle down, and prepare yourself for an image-heavy post! Panorama View? Yes please... Okay, so that picture isn't too great. But there's the colours that between us (Me and Rhian) have in the Gelly range. We're only missing "Grapefruit" I think...

How To: Gradient Nails

Gradient nails are a great way to ensure that your mani matches your outfit over a set period of days (depending on how many colours you use), and it also just looks pretty dang awesome. You've seen a few of my own mani's where gradients have been used (these ones below, in example), especially those in more recent posts! So a tutorial is definitely long overdue- I hope you find it useful!
