Friday Fly-day!

Hey everyone!
Today's just a quick little post to give you a bit of a tour, kinda, not that there's that much to see...

First of all I'd like to point out our lovely new colour scheme- blueeeeee! I love blue so much!
You can also see that we have some lovely new font going on, which is awesome, I hope you like it better than the last one and are maybe finding it a bit easier to read.
Though, they're very small things, so I'd like you to all scroll up a little bit to the top of the page...
Did you see the new banner? Did you? DID YOU!? (If you didn't, then go and look again!)

This lovely new banner was done by a dear friend of mine, and she also did an amazing job with some post dividers (scroll down a little!) and a logo to use on Facebook and Twitter (check out the links below!). You can find her Facebook page *here*, her Tumblr *here* and she also has a really cool comic, called Cottonstar, which can be found *here*
So a very very very big thank you to her! Go and commission her for some art work :P

And so, I should bid you farewell my dears, for I'm going on holiday! I'm leaving you in the capable hands of two guest bloggers, and I will also try and pop on to share some holiday selfies with you while you have the back-to-school/work blues. :P

I'm also moving to Uni when I get back, so there will probably not be another proper post from me until Wednesday the 17th of September! I'll see you then!

Finally , the time has come for the ever-promised "Barry M Gelly Polishes Review & Swatch" Post! YAY! Now, now, settle down, settle down, and prepare yourself for an image-heavy post! Panorama View? Yes please... Okay, so that picture isn't too great. But there's the colours that between us (Me and Rhian) have in the Gelly range. We're only missing "Grapefruit" I think...

How To: Gradient Nails

Gradient nails are a great way to ensure that your mani matches your outfit over a set period of days (depending on how many colours you use), and it also just looks pretty dang awesome. You've seen a few of my own mani's where gradients have been used (these ones below, in example), especially those in more recent posts! So a tutorial is definitely long overdue- I hope you find it useful!
