Wail: Rimmel London Velvet Matte "Sumptuous Red"

Hello everyone!
Today I'm bringing to you another of my new Rimmel polishes - their Velvet Matte "Sumptuous Red"!

I encountered the same issues with this polish that I had with the dark blue (Midnight Kiss), as they appeared super patchy. Pic below is with two coats of polish...

Which as you can see is pretty patchy, so I decided to add a third coat in an attempt to remove this patchiness...

It helped a little, though you can still see the odd patch! As for the colour- it's a pretty bright-ish purple matte, that's reminding me of Rimmel by Kate's "Disco Fever" but in a matte format, which honestly kinda just sucks. Though it does have some pretty red-wine tones to it which you can especially see in the darkness.

Overall, still majorly disappointed with Rimmel's new products. Majorly. More to follow soon hopefully!

Catch you all later!

Spotted Water Marble!

Hey everyone! :) Today's post is a water marble... with a twist! Instead of a typical swirly marble, this is more of a marble-overlay, with as base colour underneath.

Shades: Birthstone Colour

Hey everyone, So, my birthstone is peridot and I hate it so much! It's just such an ew-y colour! :( Besides that, I actually have a colour that matches it!  Barry M Gelly in Key Lime  (wow I'm loving the Gelly colours right now, aren't I?). It's a bit of a strange colour so I wanted to spruce it up a bit, so I did with a few peridot-coloured gems.
